Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By joining as a member, attending a program, or using this website, you agree to these terms together with the association's constitution.

2. Membership

• Membership is open to entrepreneurs and business owners lawfully operating in Malaysia.
• Annual membership fees are applied entirely to funding association programs and operations.
• The committee may suspend membership for misconduct, fraud, or breach of the constitution, subject to a right to be heard.

3. Program participation

Workshop places are allocated by capacity. Participants must respect trainers, mentors, and fellow participants, and may not use association events for aggressive selling, investment schemes, or pyramid-style recruitment.

4. Intellectual property

Training materials, templates, and website content are owned by the association or its licensors and are provided for members' non-commercial educational use only.

5. Advice and liability

Program content is general education and does not constitute professional legal, tax, or investment advice. The association is not liable for business decisions taken on the basis of our materials.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion before any further action.
