Non-Profit Bylaws & Constitution
Our constitution governs membership, elections, financial control, and dissolution of assets. Key provisions are summarised below; the full document is available from the Secretariat.
- No portion of the association's income or property is distributed to members as profit, dividend, or bonus.
- All expenditure above RM5,000 requires joint authorisation by the Treasurer and the President.
- Accounts are independently reviewed each financial year and tabled at the Annual General Meeting.
- Upon dissolution, remaining assets are transferred to another registered non-profit with comparable objectives.
