1. Our commitment

Kelab Usahawan Bersatu Selangor (Luhur) provides equal opportunity and access to all programs, training, mentorship, micro-grants, membership, and committee positions regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, identity, age, marital status, physical ability, socioeconomic status, language, or place of origin.

2. In practice

• Selection criteria for program participants are published in advance and assessed objectively.
• Training materials are provided in both Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Venues are selected with wheelchair access and public transport connectivity in mind wherever possible.
• Fees are waived for low-income participants at the committee's discretion.

3. Harassment-free environment

Harassment, bullying, demeaning remarks, or unfair treatment at any association activity will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

4. Raising a concern

Concerns may be raised in confidence with the Honorary Secretary at info@selangorentrepreneurs.org. Every complaint is investigated within 14 days and the outcome reported to the committee.
